Winter in Vermont might be all about skiing to some people, but others either can’t afford to pay for lift tickets or choose not to ski for a number of other reasons. To ski, and to have fun, it helps to have good equipment, learn sufficient skills and join others in the pursuit to the top or to the bottom, depending on what kind of skiing you do.
