(Source: New York State Senate) 2016-2017 NEW YORK STATE BUDGET The New York State 2016-17 State Budget reflects the Senate Republican Conference's commitment to improving the economic opportunities and quality of life for all New Yorkers. The budget plan is the sixth consecutive on-time budget which has stayed within the self-imposed two-percent spending cap.
